Mailtrak upgrade for signature capture
The Mailtrak system has until recently relied on ID badges to identify the recipient of a package, envelope or file. A recent installation for a government department required signature capture. Easy to do on paper, but how to find that weeks later when you need it in a hurry? So Mailtrak has been upgraded to include signature capture. The recipient signs for the package (or packages) using the touch sensitive screen of the handheld computer. The image is captured, and passed back to the main data server at the end of the route. It can be recovered easily by identifying the package, the recipient, or the date and time of delivery. For more information contact SageData.

Tracking Loans and Returns
SageData release a kiosk function for issue and receipt. Uses include tracking of tools, radios, files, vehicle keys and documentation. The system works with bar codes or RFID tags.
